The Argento balsamic vinegar of Modena aged in oak barrels for several months is excellent on first courses and grilled fish, featuring medium intensity, very fruity, and medium-low density. Balsamic vinegar produced from the best wine vinegars and native musts made with the finest Emilian grapes including Trebbiano and Lambrusco. Pairings: The Silver balsamic vinegar of Modena is a medium-bodied, delicate, and pleasant vinegar suitable for any occasion, pairing well with first courses and grilled fish. Storage: Store away from light and heat sources. Processing: The Silver balsamic vinegar of Modena is a selected product boasting the IGP designation. It is produced from native grapes of Emilia Romagna; Bellei selects the best grapes, concentrates the musts as in the ancient tradition and, once the alcohol is transformed into vinegar by acetic bacteria, ages this product in oak barrels for a minimum of 60 days. The result is a balsamic vinegar with a medium-bodied sweet and sour flavor, medium-low acidity, and excellent structure.
