Lugana Santa Cristina is a wine produced with the best grapes from the Lugana suppliers. These hand-harvested grapes are pressed, and the musts are fermented using selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. The fermentation lasts about 15 days at a constant temperature of 16-18°C. Lugana Santa Cristina is bottled the spring following the harvest and is marketed after a few months of bottle aging. Pairings: Lugana S.Cristina is an excellent white wine to accompany appetizers and first courses based on fish, including lake fish. It pairs well with short-aged cheeses like Bra tenero and also with Mozzarella di Bufala Campana.
