The artisanal Spaghetti Vicidomini are produced with durum wheat, which, once purchased, is processed by Vicidomini using only bronze drawing, making the pasta rougher and therefore better able to absorb the sauces used in cooking. The drying of the pasta takes place on ventilated frames and lasts up to five days for some shapes.
