CARAT is one of Friuli's gems: straw yellow in color, delicately aromatic and pleasantly seductive, with organoleptic notes recalling apricot, peach, melon and a faint almond scent, all unfolding in an extremely elegant setting. Well balanced, aged in its gentle large oak barrels, it leaves fleeting notes of acacia and precious honey that reveal themselves over time.
