This Veneto rosé wine from Cantina Monte del Frà comes from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes: the vineyards, situated at 100-150 m above sea level, are located in the Veronese locality of Sommacampagna and enjoy calcareous, clayey, and sandy soils. The harvest takes place in early October and is followed by white winemaking: the 24-hour maceration is followed by the separation of the free-run must and then a long fermentation in steel at controlled temperature.
