The "Ju Ju" is a red wine produced by Alexandra and Olivier Mavit, winemakers located in Roquefort-des-Corbières, in the heart of the Narbonnais Natural Park, in the Languedoc region, France. Their vineyard spans about 10 hectares, cultivated according to the principles of organic and biodynamic agriculture, with a deep respect for the environment. Technical characteristics: Blend: The "Ju Ju" is made from a blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault, typical varieties of the region. Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified with indigenous yeasts, following natural practices that reflect the producers' commitment to sustainable viticulture. Tasting notes: Color: Bright ruby red. Aroma: Intense aromas of fresh red fruits, with floral and citrus nuances. Taste: Fresh and tangy, with a slight impudence that enlivens convivial moments.
