Predominantly calcareous soils. Vineyards aged 15-20 years cultivated in the Veronese pergola style, with southern exposure. 🌿 Cultivation practices Certified organic agriculture. Manual harvest. No use of synthetic chemical products. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
