Description
A red wine that expresses the essence of the Valpolicella region, produced with respect for traditions and a strong commitment to sustainability. Cultivation area Produced in vineyards located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, in Veneto, where Corte Bravi adopts organic and natural farming practices to enhance the territory and respect the environment. Certifications Organic: Since 2015, the company has been certified organic, eliminating the use of synthetic chemical products and promoting biodiversity. VinNatur: As part of the VinNatur network, Corte Bravi follows natural winemaking techniques, with minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Technical characteristics Grapes: Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Oseleta, Rondinella Alcohol content: 13.5% Aging: Maturation in French oak barrels and steel tanks, followed by bottle aging to enhance aromatic complexity. Tasting notes Color: Intense ruby red with purple highlights. Aroma: Aromas of ripe berries, such as blueberry and currant, enriched by delicate notes of sweet spices, including cinnamon. Taste: Soft and enveloping on the first sip, with delicate tannins. After oxygenation, more structured tannins emerge, adding complexity and balance to the taste profile. Particular food pairings A versatile wine that pairs with flavorful and rich dishes: Grilled red meats: Perfect with grilled steaks, enhancing smoky flavors. Savory game: Ideal with wild boar stew or venison stew, to balance the intensity of the meat. Aged cheeses: Pairs magnificently with Monte Veronese or aged Pecorino, creating a balanced contrast between savoriness and softness. Risotto all’Amarone: A classic territorial pairing that enhances the complexity of the wine. Curiosities The Corte Bravi winery, founded in 2011 by brothers Andrea and Ivano Brunelli, combines tradition and innovation.
