The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose, it presents elegant hints of fruit salad and yellow peach. On the palate, we find the same aromatic notes detected from the olfactory analysis, well-balanced with the acidity that gives this wine excellent freshness. Recommended pairing with fish appetizers, fish tartare, first courses with white fish and fish and shellfish steamed. Recommended temperature: 6-8° C.
