The color is pale golden yellow with lemon yellow reflections. On the nose, notes of acacia honey, fresh roses, poppy, and linden are perceived, accompanied by aromas of apple and white peach. Pure mineral finish with iodized and chalky notes. On the palate, it is fresh with a creamy and fine effervescence. Light finish with notes of brioche and citrus, iodized. Leaves a caressing sensation and great delicacy. Recommended pairing with fish appetizers and raw shellfish, light shellfish, and as an aperitif. Serving temperature 8-10°C.
