On the nose, it is elegant with notes of bergamot, cedar, flint, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is balanced, mineral, with great sapidity and freshness. Recommended pairing with appetizers, fish first courses or risottos, sushi and sashimi, shellfish, and blue cheeses. Recommended temperature: 8-10° C.
