The grapes are hand-picked, the harvest is late, and maceration takes place in a naturally cool environment for over 2 weeks at a controlled temperature. Aging is done for over 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 550 and 750 liters, followed by at least 12 months of bottle aging. The color is red with garnet hues. On the nose, there are floral and ripe fruit aromas, with hints of berries. On the palate, it is tannic, silky, and enveloping, fully expressing the qualities of Aglianico. Recommended pairing with meat sauce pasta dishes, feathered game in casserole, roasted red meats, aged hard cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20° C
