Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation in stainless steel tanks for 6 months, completed with 3-6 months of aging in bottle. The color is ruby red, with violet reflections. On the nose it is enveloping, rich in red fruit, mixed with a note of licorice typical of the varietal expression. On the palate it is soft and velvety but at the same time tannic, the finish is long and persistent. Recommended pairing with meat or fish first courses, red meats, roasts, grilled dishes, and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C.
