Denomination: Syrah Riserva DOC Grape Variety: 100% Syrah Name: Delia Nivolelli Alcohol: 14.5° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Marsala (TP), Sicily, Italy Description: After a careful manual harvest in the last decade of September, the grapes are destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature for about 15/20 days. Aging in French oak tonneaux for two years then authorizes the designation 'Riserva'. The color is intense ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, it is broad and complex, with pronounced floral notes of wilted violet and peony, mixed with fruity hints of black cherry and herbal, vegetal nuances. On the palate, it is deep and layered, where the delicate tannic structure and a long spicy persistence are perceived. Recommended pairing with stews and roasted meats, or with aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 16-18° C
