Description: The winemaking is done in a traditional way. The fermentation was mainly carried out in stainless steel tanks, with a small percentage of the blend fermented at warmer temperatures in large oak barrels. The color is golden straw yellow. On the nose it is very fine, more orderly than powerful, notes of grapefruit, lime, gooseberry, citrus, with mineral notes of lime, herbaceous, ending with a nice tomato leaf. On the palate it is lean, still possessing great freshness, soft and dense, a slight sweetness gives way to the flavors of grapefruit and pineapple in a warm and slightly spicy finish, with considerable length. Recommended pairing with appetizers, raw fish, shellfish, fish first courses and risottos or vegetarian dishes, fresh cheeses. Recommended temperature: 10-12° C.
