Description

Denomination: Alta Langa DOCG Grape variety: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay Name: Millesimato Alcohol: 12.5° Format: 1.5L Production area: Canelli (AT), Piedmont, Italy If the vintage is not specified, the most recent available will be delivered. Description: Vinification is carried out traditionally according to the classic method. Soft cold pressing, first fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature and aging for about 9 months. Second fermentation in the bottle and subsequent aging for at least 30 months on the lees. Riddling is done manually. The color is intense bright yellow, with enveloping and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of dried fruit, pastries, orange blossom, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is elegant, chiselled, fine, and of excellent structure. Recommended pairing with mixed appetizers, especially fish, fish first courses, sushi and sashimi, fish fries or fish tartare. Recommended temperature: 6-8° C
