The color is ruby red with intense violet reflections. On the nose intense and broad with scents of underbrush and sour cherry. On the palate it is dry, soft, fresh, full-bodied, harmonious. Recommended pairing with stewed or braised meats, soft and semi-hard cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20 °C.
