The aging is in steel, sur lie with batonnage, for a few months. The color is straw yellow. On the nose it is fruity and mineral, on the palate it is enveloping, rich, intense, mineral with a savory finish. Recommended pairing with appetizers, fish first courses or risottos, flans and vegetable soufflés, seafood, shellfish and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature 10-12 °C.
