Denomination: Pinot Nero DOC Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Nero Name: Nemas I° Alcohol: 13° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Nimis (UD), Friuli-Venezia Giulia Description: A grape variety of absolute global significance, considered one of the most important in the world, it arrived in Friuli in recent times and has adapted well. In the pre-Alpine hills, it finds its best habitat, caressed by the cool winds coming from the mountains, fully exploiting the typical thermal excursion of the area. Fermentation takes place in truncated conical vats, followed by a passage in 500-liter French oak tonneau. Light red color with garnet reflections, very elegant nose with notes of small wild berries. Elegant and complex, the fine tannins make it austere and it pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from cheeses to fish and not particularly elaborate white meats.
