The aging is for about 12 months, then in bottle for about 3 months. The color is ruby red. On the nose, notes of blackberry and marasca cherry give great intensity and incredible pleasantness. On the palate, it is enveloping, yet at the same time fresh and of extreme versatility. Recommended pairing with meat first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts and well-aged cheeses.
