Denomination: Franciacorta DOCG Grape Variety: 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay Name: Rosé Alcohol: 12.5° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Capriolo (BS), Lombardy, Italy Description: Soft pressing of the grapes, fermentation in steel tanks and small oak barrels at controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the yeasts through a process of batonnage. Subsequently, the Franciacorta is prepared for tirage, which initiates the bottle fermentation and aging on the lees for at least 30 months. Pastel pink color. On the nose, fine, gentle, with notes of fruit and yeast. Taste is savory, fresh, fine, and harmonious with a distinct texture character.
