The color is pastel pink, with very fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose it is fine, gentle, fruity, and yeasty. On the palate it is savory, fresh, fine, and harmonious with a distinct character of texture. Recommended pairing with appetizers, light starters, fish-based dishes, and white meats. Recommended temperature: 6-8° C.
