On the nose, it is varietal, intense, penetrating, persistent, complex, fine, with notes of elderflower, passion fruit, lychee, grapefruit, lime, candied cedar, and sage; hints of boxwood, pastry cream, mint, bergamot, dandelion, and tomato leaf. On the palate, it is vibrant, characterized and structured, long and crisp, with a harmonious acidic note that gives it freshness; clear and intense varietal echoes, complex and persistent aftertaste.
