On the nose, the fragrances of white flowers, jasmine and elderflower are perceived, with citrus notes, lemon, tangerine and fruity notes, white peach, banana and yellow melon concluding with hints of herbal aromas, sage and mint. On the palate it is pleasantly crunchy, light structure, refreshing acidity that leads to the finish characterized by a long savory note. Recommended pairing with meat-based first courses or risottos, white meats, crustaceans, mollusks, seafood and raw fish, fresh cheeses. Recommended temperature: 10-12° C.
