On the nose, the fragrances of white flowers, jasmine and elderflower can be perceived, with citrus notes, lemon, tangerine and fruity, white peach, banana and yellow melon concluding with whispers of medicinal herbs, sage and mint. On the palate, it is pleasantly crunchy, with a light structure, refreshing acidity that leads to a finish characterized by a long savory note.
