Description: The winemaking is done traditionally from grapes harvested separately, fermentation in stainless steel at about 26-28 degrees, and maceration on the skins for about 10-15 days. After malolactic fermentation, blending takes place. Aging occurs in large Slavonian oak barrels and partly in barriques for about 9 months, before resting in the bottle. The color is ruby red with purple reflections. On the nose, fresh citrus sensations of bitter orange and fruity hints of plum emerge, completed by delicate floral notes of hyacinth alternated with spicy hints of bitter cocoa powder. On the palate, it is enveloping and sustained by a vibrant freshness that, accompanied by sweet tannins, leads to a tasty and pleasant finish.
