Spumante obtained from the transformation of black grape varieties. Sparkling using the Charmat - Martinotti method, long and at low temperatures in autoclaves. Aged in stainless steel tanks and subsequently in bottles positioned vertically. The color is pale straw yellow. On the nose, a fine, persistent, and balanced bouquet with floral and delicate notes, clear hints of white fruit and green apple. On the palate, great softness and harmony, full-bodied and balanced, with notes of white fruit. Recommended pairing with white meats, fresh cheeses, and shellfish, as well as delicate foods and dry pastries. Suggested as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10-12° C
