Sparkling process using the long Charmat - Martinotti method at low temperatures in autoclaves. Aged in stainless steel tanks and subsequently in bottles positioned vertically. The color is a pale straw yellow. On the nose, a fine, persistent, and balanced bouquet, with floral and delicate notes, clear hints of white fruit and green apple. On the palate, great softness and harmony, with body and balance, featuring notes of white fruit. Recommended pairing with white meats, fresh cheeses, and shellfish, as well as with delicate foods and dry pastries, recommended as an aperitif. Serving temperature: 10-12° C
