The vinification is carried out with the traditional red method, aging in French oak for about 10-14 months depending on the vintage. The color is ruby red tending to garnet. On the nose it is intense, persistent with aromatic hints and typical scents of wild berries, which evolve into oriental spices and black pepper. On the palate it is powerful and characteristic, with great persistence. Recommended pairing with aged and blue cheeses, egg pasta stuffed with meat, red meats with long cooking times, or white meats in particularly structured or spiced preparations such as curry or mustard.
