Aging for 5 months. Then in bottle for a few months. The color is rosé. On the nose, there are scents of almond and Annurca apple. On the palate, it has excellent persistence always accompanied by a pleasant acidity. Recommended pairing with meat pasta dishes or risottos, white meats, crustaceans, mollusks, seafood, and raw fish, fresh cheeses. Recommended temperature: 10-12° C
