The must is clarified and fermented, with selected yeasts, in stainless steel. The aging occurs on the fine lees kept in suspension, every 25 days, for about 3 months, then in bottle. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it is fine and elegant, with hints of white flowers. On the palate it is dry and fresh. Suggested pairing with mixed appetizers, especially fish, first courses of fish or white meats. Recommended temperature: 10-12° C.
