On the nose it is rich in aromas of berries, plum, cinchona and tobacco. On the palate it has a balanced character, with smooth tannins and good freshness. Recommended pairing with meat-based first courses or risottos, red meats, roasts, grills, braises, game and well-aged cheeses. Recommended temperature: 18-20° C.
