The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available to third parties (the Principal) who has given, with a mandate contract with representation, a sales assignment to iuain.com which, therefore, acts solely as an intermediary. The Principal declares, under their own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
