On the palate, full-bodied and very consistent, notes that fade from vanilla to pepper, well balanced. Fermentation and maceration take place in cement and steel tanks for about 18/20 days. Afterwards, the wine is aged in barrels and casks of French oak, for a time that varies, according to the characteristics of the wine, from 16 to 20 months. After bottling, there follows refinement in glass for about 6 months. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops or from merchants of rare wines. Although it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the condition of the bottle is as described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the clause "as seen and liked". The bottle, except in exceptional cases, is owned or available from third parties (the Mandant) who has entrusted, with a power of attorney contract, a sales mandate to iuain.com, which therefore acts exclusively as an intermediary. The Mandant declares, under its own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions provided for by art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 are not met.
