On the palate, full-bodied and very consistent, notes that fade from vanilla to pepper, well balanced. The fermentation and maceration are conducted in cement and steel tanks for about 18/20 days. Afterward, the wine is matured in French oak barrels and casks, for a time that varies, according to the characteristics of the wine, from 16 to 20 months. After bottling, it undergoes bottle aging for about 6 months. This bottle comes from private collections, restaurants, wine shops or rare wine dealers. While it has been checked, we cannot guarantee that after so many years the wine is still perfectly preserved. We guarantee that the conditions of the bottle are those described in the product sheet. The sale of this bottle is therefore subject to the clause "as seen and liked". The bottle, barring exceptional cases, is owned or in the possession of third parties (the Principal) who has conferred, with a mandate contract with representation, a sales commission to iuain.com which, therefore, acts exclusively as an intermediary. The Principal states, under its own responsibility, that the sale is not subject to Value Added Tax, as the conditions set forth in art. 1 of D.P.R. n 633 of 26/10/1972 do not apply.
