Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel containers, followed by 3 months in oak barrels. The aging process is completed in the bottle for 3/4 months. The color is straw yellow with crystalline golden reflections. On the nose, fruity, floral, herbaceous notes are perceived, along with citrus and yellow and tropical fruit notes, grapefruit, melon, and nuances of pear, finally notes of broom, orange blossom, and hints of almond. On the palate, the same aromas perceived on the nose are found, along with delicate citrus and mineral notes, resulting in a fresh, savory, intense, and persistent wine. Recommended pairing with dishes featuring raw fish, risottos, medium-aged cheeses, spaghetti with clams, a carbonara, baked fish, or white meats. Excellent also as an aperitif.
