Denomination: Terre Siciliane IGP Sauvignon Blanc-Zibibbo Secco Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc, Zibibbo Secco Name: L'Aromatico Alcohol: 13° Volume: 0.75L Production Area: Slopes of Mount Jato, Monreale (PA), Sicily, Italy Description: Manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification takes place using traditional methods, alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel containers, followed by bottle aging for about 2/3 months. The color is a lively straw yellow with crystalline golden reflections. On the nose, fruity, floral, and mineral notes are perceived, with hints of peach and apricot, almond and orange blossom aromas. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, intense, and persistent, with the same descriptors perceived on the nose, along with delicate notes of tropical fruit and peach and citrusy hints of mandarin. Recommended pairing with first and second courses based on fish, shellfish, and vegetables, but also with white meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 10-12° C
