Denomination: Terre Siciliane IGP Chardonnay Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay Name: Sant'Anselmo Chardonnay Alcohol: 12.5° Format: 0.75L Production Area: Slopes of Mount Jato, Monreale (PA), Sicily, Italy Description: Manual harvesting of the grapes, vinification takes place using the traditional method, with a light contact of the skins with the must at cold temperature, subsequently completing the alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel containers and finishing the aging in the bottle for 3/4 months. The color is straw yellow with crystalline greenish reflections. On the nose, fruity, floral notes are perceived, with hints of tropical fruit, wafts of pineapple and passion fruit, cedar, white peach, wafts of almonds, white flowers, jasmine. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, soft, intense, and persistent, with the same aromas perceived on the nose. Recommended pairing with seafood appetizers and cheeses, first courses based on fish, vegetables, or white meats, excellent with fish risottos and fresh cheeses, excellent as an aperitif.
