On the nose, acacia flowers, of good intensity with particular notes of apple, lemon, and grapefruit. On the palate, it has a good structure, soft with emerging fruit, balanced and savory, pleasant and harmonious on the palate. Recommended pairing with fish appetizers, fish tartare, first courses with white fish and steamed fish and shellfish. Recommended temperature: 6-8° C
