Organic Pancake Mix (120 g)

Instructions for use: Add 140g of plant-based drink, 10g of sunflower seed oil. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, mix with a whisk, blend well to obtain a creamy mixture. - For 8 pancakes (6cm diameter) Oil a non-stick pan and place the mixture using a spoon, cook for 2 minutes on each side. - For 8 muffins (5cm diameter) Place the mixture in muffin cups and bake at 175°C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes. - For 1 cake (16cm diameter) Place the mixture in a greased 16cm diameter cake tin, about 3 cm high, and bake at 175°C in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Continue baking for another 15 minutes at 150°C. It is excellent with the addition of apples.
