BB Rednau (Bottle 75 cl)
Barley's IGAs were the first to set the standard both in Italy and abroad. In particular, BB10, with the use of cooked must from Cannonau grapes, remains a legend to this day. Red Nau cannot be defined as its younger sister, but it is very intriguing because it allows us to discover the same grape variety in completely different forms. Here, the wine character is fresher and more elegant - not surprisingly, fresh must is used - with its notes of Concord grapes and red fruits, which perfectly blend with the caramel and biscuit notes of the malts. It always makes a great impression at the table!
