Winter according to Eranomele is a winter spiced cider that evokes the tranquility of the woods and the warm tones of snowy sunsets, created in collaboration with the Pommelier Tommaso Amadori, aka "Il Volpe". The enveloping aromas of honey, cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel, combined with the balsamic notes of eucalyptus, blend with the fermented juice of Crimson Snow apples, encapsulating in every sip the sweet melancholy of winter landscapes.
