Cuvée De Ranke 37.5 cl is a beer obtained by skillfully mixing a barrel-aged De Ranke beer with a lambic from Girardin. It presents a nice amber color in the glass with a rather evanescent foam. The nose shows a clear predominance of the sour aromas characteristic of lambic. Medium body, moderately carbonated, very dry, it is a complex but very thirst-quenching beer.
