Cuvée De Ranke is a beer skillfully blended from a De Ranke beer matured in barrels with a Girardin lambic. It presents in the glass with a beautiful amber color and a rather fleeting foam. On the nose, there is a clear predominance of the acidic notes characteristic of lambics. Medium-bodied, moderately carbonated, very dry, it is a complex but very refreshing beer.
