This beer is structured by Cara aroma and Chocolate (two varieties of malt). A top-fermented beer, it is classified as a saison, flavored with candied sugar, orange peel, and coriander, but enriched in color and nuances (both aromatic and taste) by the use of dark malts. It appears with a beautiful amber color with evident orange reflections, slightly cloudy. The foam is a pleasant hazelnut color, abundant and of notable duration. On the nose, the orange peel is very evident, and the hops also play their part, giving toasted but sweet notes. In the mouth, the flavors vary little, with the significant difference of an initial subtle bitterness.
