Manata: the Tripel from Malaspina Brewing is not one of the strongest (8.1%), we could define it as almost "entry level" for the style, therefore excellent for approaching the Belgian style without getting too close to those fearsome 9.5% of Westmalle, the mother of all Tripels. In this beer we find a nice balance between fruit and spices and that dryness that always helps to keep a lean sip.
