The Brasserie Cantillon certainly needs no introduction: wherever Lambic is discussed, Jean Van Roy and family are always mentioned. The brewer - and calling him just a brewer is an understatement - has established himself over the years as one of the most skilled producers of Druiven Lambic, which is Lambic with added grapes. Of course, this is the case with Vigneronne. The grapes used come from France, mainly belonging to the Muscat (White Muscat) variety, making this Lambic more gentle, elegant, and delicate. In this bottle, there is no blend of Lambic from different years, but rather a beer that re-ferments thanks to the addition of a type of "liquer de tirage."
