The brewer, and calling him just a brewer is an understatement, has established himself over the years as one of the most skilled producers of Druiven Lambic, which is Lambic with added grapes. This is certainly the case with Vigneronne. The grapes used come from France, mainly of the Muscat variety (White Muscat), making this Lambic gentler, more elegant, and delicate. This bottle does not contain a blend of Lambics from multiple vintages, but rather a beer that undergoes refermentation thanks to the addition of a kind of "liquer de tirage".
