Weissbier (Bottle 50 cl)
A style increasingly overlooked by Italian breweries, but still very strong in its country of origin, is that of Weizen, more commonly known as Weiss. "Weiss" means "white," while "weizen" means "wheat." Both are distinctive elements of these beers, with their very light color - along with good opalescence - and the abundant presence of wheat malt. And there aren't many beers from small family breweries that adhere to the style as much as Jacob's Weissbier: on the nose, the typical combination of banana and clove aromas immediately appears, while the journey in the mouth is marked by a lively bubble and a slightly acidic vein.
