Rinse in cold water after use and wash in the machine at 30–40°C with a small amount of detergent, without fabric softener. For stubborn stains you can use 40°C. Avoid bleach. Air dry; do not tumble dry. Change the pad every 2–4 hours or according to your flow. With proper care and washing they last up to 5 years. The waterproof PUL layer prevents leaks; if you notice leakage at the seams it means the pad has been worn too long and should be changed.
