
Our buffalo mozzarella is a fresh spun pasta cheese and is produced exclusively with the milk from our buffaloes, milk, salt, and rennet. It is characterized by an ancient artisanal process of hand-stretching and is available in round or braid format, in different sizes, starting from a minimum of 50 g up to a maximum of 3 kg. To enjoy it at its best, during particularly cold periods, since mozzarella expresses its aromas best when consumed at a temperature of about 28-30°C, we recommend gently warming it in the microwave at 600 watts for about 15 seconds or, if desired, immersing it with the entire package in warm water for about 15 minutes. Finally, it is recommended to always keep the mozzarella in its preserving liquid and not to store it in the refrigerator.
