Description
Organic Acacia Honey - 250g glass jar. Our Organic honey is raw and unpasteurized. Unlike industrial honeys, it is not subjected to heat treatments or intense filtration: it retains intact enzymes, vitamins, polyphenols, and natural properties, making it a true ally for well-being. CHARACTERISTICS: it is a liquid, transparent, and delicate honey, processed without the use of chemical treatments. PROPERTIES: a sweetener with great energy power, highly digestible, rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. Its sugar content is largely due to fructose. ORIGIN: derived from the flowers of Robinia Pseudoacacia L., the scientific name of the plant belonging to the Mimosaceae family. COLOR: it is very light, ranging from a very pale yellow to straw-colored, and can become cloudy due to partial crystallization, which in any case will never reach a complete stage. AROMA: the aroma is vaguely floral, with hints of acacia flowers. TASTE: the taste is like candy, sweet without a particular aftertaste or level of acidity.
