"Bas Armagnac Réserve" is an expression of great balance and finesse. Soil: reddish and silty sands. Grape varieties: Folle Blanche, Baco A22. In the distillery: after a light settling of the musts, distillation takes place between late November and December. Distillation is done with the traditional "alambic continu armagnacais" with plates, mounted on a trailer and wood-fired. The obtained eau-de-vie is colorless and has an alcohol content between 54% and 56%, which will be lost during maturation in barrels. Aging: in 400-liter oak barrels from Gers for about 5 years.
