In the distillery: after a slight decantation of the musts, distillation takes place between late November and December. Distillation with the traditional "alambic continu armagnaçais" mounted on a trailer and powered by wood. The obtained brandy is colorless and will have an alcohol content between 54% and 56% which will be lost during maturation in the barrels. Aging: in Gers oak barrels of 400 lt for about 5 years. Classification: Réserve - VSOP. Alcohol Content: 40%. Format: 700 ml.
